Appointment Guide

By Referral

We work closely with your pet’s primary care veterinarian as your pet’s united healthcare team. If your primary care veterinarian feels a referral to a specialist is required for your pet, they will initiate a referral by filling out the referral request form, and by sending the 404 any associated medical history and diagnostic test results. You are free to call the 404 to book an appointment which suits your availability.

Direct Access

As your pet’s primary health care advocate, it is your right to seek a second opinion if you so choose. We welcome inquiries from pet owners regarding our services, and will work with your primary care veterinarian to ensure your four-legged family member is well taken care of.

Our fitness programs at “Bailey’s Place” require no referral, but do require a “fit to swim” assessment prior to entry into the program. Always remember, it is in your pet’s best interest for open lines of communication to exist between all healthcare providers, in order for optimal health care to be provided.
