VCA Canada CARE Centre’s radiology department (also known as diagnostic imaging) features Dr. Tim Spotswood: a Diplomate of the European Board of Diagnostic Imaging.

Our diagnostic imaging service performs general radiology as well as special procedures including, ultrasonography (including echocardiography and soft tissue scans) and computed tomography (CT) . We also have access to MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) off site. The CARE Centre has state-of-the-art equipment to provide rapid diagnostic assessment of pets that require medical or surgical care. Diagnostic imaging is an integral part of advanced veterinary medicine, and is crucial for determining prognosis and guiding treatment.
