Your Next In-Hospital Visit

Your next visit to our hospital may look different as safety protocols and local mandates continue to evolve. Please follow the posted protocols at your hospital. These protocols may include:

  • Masks: We ask that clients follow local mandates for mask wearing.

  • Limiting Clients in Hospital: To maintain safe physical distancing where required, we may be limiting the number of clients allowed inside our hospitals at the same time. Limits will vary by hospital.

  • Physical Distancing: We have floor stickers placed around our hospital to help you find the safest place to stand/wait. We have also installed plexiglass barriers as added protection when interacting with our teams.

We look forward to seeing you at the hospital. If you're sick, medically quarantined, or are not comfortable coming inside the hospital, we still have contactless options available for you:

  • Virtual Care: Our hospitals now offer Virtual Care so you can see your veterinarian from the comfort of your home. Please contact your hospital to learn about the Virtual Care options they offer.

  • Instant Live Chat: All clients can access 24/7 live chat with a veterinary professional using the myVCA app.

  • Contactless Appointments: If you're not comfortable coming inside the hospital, we will continue to offer a contactless experience. Just ask about our contactless options when booking your appointment.

  • Contactless Pick Up: Ask your hospital what options are available for contactless pick up of prescriptions and medications.

  • mollies.ca: You can now shop for all your pet's food, treats and accessories online at mollies.ca. Sign up for free and start shopping today! In Ontario, you can purchase your parasite prevention at mollies.ca.

  • Phone Ordering: Need to pick up or refill a prescription? You can now order your medications over the phone for pick up or have them delivered to your door!
