VCA Canada Tri Lake is available for emergencies and urgent care during regular business hours as follows:

Monday to Friday
7:30am – 7:00pm
with Emergency Appointments until 10pm  (no emergency fee)

Saturday
8:30am – 5:00pm
with Emergency Appointments until 8pm  (no emergency fee)

Sunday
11:00am – 5:00pm
with Emergency Appointments until 8pm (no emergency fee)

Statutory Holidays
8:30am – 8:00pm
Emergency Doctor on Call (there is an emergency fee on Stat holidays)

After 10 PM on weekdays and 8 PM on weekends, all emergencies are referred to Fairfield Animal Hospital in Kelowna.
