Tracy grew up on a farm in Ontario and began riding horses at a young age after pestering her parents from kindergarten onward. She graduated from the University of Guelph with a BSc in Biology and completed studies at the Ontario Veterinary College in 1997. After practicing in Ontario as an associate veterinarian, locum, emergency and house call veterinarian, she moved west with her husband in 2011, along with their cat, Ishmael. She enjoys hiking, biking, films, reading, and chinooks!
