Jennifer Stock, Veterinarian
Dr. Jennifer Stock graduated from the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program at the University of Guelph in 2012. She practiced as a small animal veterinarian at a 24-hour clinic in Ontario before moving to Australia in 2013, where she worked as a locum veterinarian. After moving across Canada in 2014, she worked at the Animal Emergency Hospital in Red Deer and joined the Deer Park team in 2017. Dr. Stock is certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture and enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine with a special interest in pain management, fear-free handling, preventative care, and emergency medicine. She loves working with clients and their pets to make sure they receive optimum care.
When she is not working, she teaches yoga in Lacombe and enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 cats. She also has a passion for volunteering and has spent time at spay-neuter clinics internationally in India, Peru, Nicaragua, and provincially with the Alberta Task Force.
