Erica Gernon, Veterinarian
Ever since Dr. Erica was a little girl, she has always had a love for animals and dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. She grew up with numerous amazing cats throughout the years, along with one very special Portuguese Water Dog named Abby. Now, she can’t imagine a home without pets and is grateful to work with them every day.
Dr. Erica attended the University of Guelph for a degree in biological science with a specialization in zoology and went on to graduate from the Ontario Veterinary College. She has been working in general practice with cats and dogs throughout her career as a vet. She now lives in Ancaster with her partner, Conor, three orange cats named Leo, Calvin and Flynn, and tortie named Gracie. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the cottage and travelling.
