Ken MacKenzie, Emergency
Dr Ken MacKenzie joined the Shawnessy team in 2021. Graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2011, Ken has worked hard to develop his skills as a vet and has already wowed us all with his warm heart and genuine passion for the wellbeing of his patients. A confident surgeon, he also excels in the areas of dermatology and internal medicine and in time, he hopes to further his knowledge in neurology and ophthalmology.
When he is not filling his day with surgeries and pet visits, Ken enjoys challenging hikes, NFL football and following his favorite hockey team, the Chicago Blackhawks. Oh and did we mention he is a proud pet parent to 1 cat named Forrest and 1 dog by the name of Coco.
