Heather P., Registered Veterinary Technologist

Heather is a dedicated, passionate Registered Veterinary Technologist that has been with Central Animal Hospital since graduating from SIAST Kelsey Institute in 1996. She enjoys working as a RVT as it is a profession that keeps you engaged and learning new things all the time. Over the years at Central Animal Hospital, Heather has developed a passion for dentistry. She has lost track of how many dental procedures she has performed to date, but it is many! It brings her great satisfaction knowing that she can help our client’s pets in this very important area of Veterinary Medicine. As a long-time employee at Central Animal Hospital, Heather has had the privilege of working with many great veterinarians/mentors including Dr. Brian Gibbs and Dr. Michael Powell, which has helped shape her into the RVT she is today. Heather has a sweet spot for our feline friends and has 3 of them herself. In her downtime, you will find her spending time with her family, working in her yard, enjoying an outdoor activity, reading a good book, and of course playing with and snuggling her cats!
