Crystal was born in Mississauga, Ontario but grew up in Vancouver. Prior to Crystal's veterinary technician career, she was a veterinary assistant for over 6 years in general practice. She returned to Ontario and graduated the Veterinary Technician program at Sheridan College in 2019 with Honours. After graduating, Crystal then returned to Vancouver and joined VAERC in 2019 in the ER department. In the future, Crystal hopes to complete her VTS in Emergency and Critical Care or Internal Medicine. In her spare time, Crystal likes to go kayaking, hiking, and playing badminton. She also loves to spend time with her cat Gubo, her two budgies Banana and Bubbles, and her family dog Latte.
