Originally from Toronto, Kym eventually, begrudgingly, accepted that she couldn't actually be a cat when she grew up, so she opted for the next best thing, and went on to become a registered veterinary technician. After graduation, she went straight into emergency medicine, and never looked back. After nearly two decades spent crawling around (often literally) several emergency and specialty practices in the Toronto area, it was time to try something new, prompting a move to Vancouver with her three weird little cats in tow. It didn't take long at all for her to feel right at home, and she's looking forward to petting as many of the cats in the Vancouver area as she possibly can!
