Dr. Melissa Pham is an emergency veterinarian with a strong interest in critical care and a focus on providing calm, compassionate support to pets and their families during emergencies. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Melbourne and has worked in both emergency and specialty settings since then.

After completing a focused internship in emergency and critical care, Melissa continued to build her experience in high-acuity environments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in both hospital and telemedicine roles. She has a particular interest in point-of-care ultrasound and managing electrolyte disturbances, and enjoys the problem-solving nature of emergency medicine.

Melissa values teamwork, clear communication, and continuous learning. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature with her dog, husband, and friends, especially on local trails and beaches.
