By Referral
We work closely with your pet’s primary care veterinarian as your pet’s united healthcare team. If your primary care veterinarian feels a referral to a specialist is required for your pet, they will initiate a referral by filling out the referral request form and send us any associated medical history and diagnostic test results. Please call us to schedule your pet's appointment.

Direct Access
As your pet’s primary health care advocate, it is your right to seek a second opinion if you so choose. We welcome inquiries from pet owners regarding our services and will work with your primary care veterinarian to ensure your four-legged family member is well taken care of.
