Krystal grew up as a nature lover here in beautiful Victoria and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria. She began her career at Feltham Animal Hospital as a Client Care Specialist and then as the Client Care Team Lead, before moving on to the Technician Assistant role. After receiving the VCA Penn Foster Scholarship, Krystal graduated as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in 2024. At home she cares for her furry rescue family: rabbits Jimi and Jun; chihuahua mix Pico; papillon Wren; and grouchy senior cat Xena. Outside of work, she enjoys tending to her garden and exploring the outdoors.
