Dr. Erin Denny grew up in Calgary and completed an Honours Bachelor in Psychology before beginning her veterinary journey. Erin graduated from the University of Calgary Veterinary Medicine program in 2018. Since graduating, Erin has worked in her hometown in various small animal general practices. Erin has always loved animals but also people and their unique stories. Veterinary medicine brings together the best of both worlds and allows Erin to appreciate and foster the human animal bond every day.
After welcoming her little boy in July 2021, Erin has been exploring her new role as mom. She is savouring every moment of their time bonding and relishing in the joy that comes with watching a little human discover the world. Her family also includes a spirited husky mix “Georgia” and her husband Jamal. When Erin is not caring for animals you can find her playing soccer, hiking, snowshoeing, travelling or curled up with a good non-fiction book.
