Born and raised in St. Albert, Karen grew up knowing she wanted to work with animals. She graduated from NAIT in 2004 and joined the team at Mills Haven shortly after. Karen is a proud RVT and has a keen interest in promoting and furthering the RVT profession. She has been Fear Free certified since 2019 and she obtained her Human Animal Bond Certification in 2022. In her spare time she enjoys music, photography, crafting, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.
