Dr. Ingrid Gonzalez was born and raised in Mexico City. She grew up with a strong interest in animal care and became a veterinarian in 2019. Shortly after, she decided to move abroad to Newfoundland where she completed a small animal rotating internship and found her passion for emergency and critical care medicine and wildlife conservation. In 2024, Dr. Gonzalez moved to Ottawa and joined the Alta Vista Animal Hospital as an emergency veterinarian. Besides work, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys watching movies, swimming, and traveling.
