Dr Jones is an Ottawa native who has come back to settle in Ottawa after living around the globe for the past 9 years. After graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in London,
England she moved to Vancouver where she practiced for 3 years before joining the Alta Vista Animal Hospital family in 2014.

As a kid she always wanted to be with animals, and then found out later that she also loved medicine, so it was pretty evident there that becoming a veterinarian was her destiny. She’s one of those people who actually loves to go to work every day, but hopes that you don’t end up having to meet her in the Emergency Room with your pets!

Her home is shared by 3 men; Linko (the cat with a wee little tail), Kevin (the super model Italian Spinone), and Ian (the other human). When not at work she can typically be found pursuing one of her other loves of travel, soccer, walking the dog, and swimming in the Rideau on long summer days!
