Dr. Julie Downer is thrilled to return to Bloor Animal Hospital, where she has dedicated over 25 years of service. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to providing compassionate care to pets and their families. A proud graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College (Class of 1997), Dr. Downer is also cat friendly certified.
Dr. Downer enjoys traveling and spending time with her Vizsla, Sigi. She is excited to reconnect with the community and continue her lifelong passion for veterinary medicine.
