Dr. Samantha Foster is a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian at Marda Loop Veterinary Hospital. Since earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the University of Calgary in 2013, Dr. Foster has committed herself to providing exceptional care to both pets and their owners.
With a strong foundation in both emergency medicine and general practice, Dr. Foster thrives in dynamic environments where she can combine her diagnostic skills with her compassionate approach to animal care. She enjoys the challenge of working up complex medical cases, striving to gather as much information as possible to help owners make informed decisions for their pets' health. Dr. Foster is particularly passionate about collaborating with specialty veterinarians to ensure her patients receive the most comprehensive and up-to-date care possible.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Foster enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is a proud mother of two daughters and shares her home with two beloved cats, Franklin and Penny. Her personal hobbies include skating, swimming, soccer, hiking, and going to the movies—activities she enjoys with her family. Whether it's playing games with her daughters or exploring the great outdoors, Dr. Foster is always seeking ways to balance her fulfilling career with time spent with loved ones.
