I have been practicing veterinary medicine for over 30 years although as the son of a veterinarian, I have been working in the field much longer. While I have always enjoyed the dental care and surgery part of my job, it has truly become my passion. I was fortunate to train with some excellent specialists and feel very comfortable offering dental care including periodontal surgery, root canal therapy and repair of fractures and cancer. It seems that every pet needs some degree of dental care and now that they are such an important part of our families, I feel I can have a positive impact on the lives of my patients, and their human families. Every case has different challenges and I like to work with my clients to find a solution that is best for them.
When I'm not at work, you can find me walking my dogs on my acreage or heading out enjoying the outdoors whether its fishing, canoeing or camping.
