Dr. MacAulay has been passionate about pet care his entire life and continues to work in the industry with enthusiasm and extreme care. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. From there, he completed a small animal internship at the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph before moving back to Calgary, where he was born and raised.
Dr. MacAulay’s passion does not stop when he leaves the practice at the end of every day, as he is also consistently involved in various veterinary groups outside of his work. In 2016 Dr. MacAulay was the president of the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association (ABVMA) and continues to volunteer with them on the Hearing Tribunal. He is also an active member of the Vintage Veterinary Exhibit Association.
A vital member of this team is their Office Manager, Brenda Davies, who has been with Glamorgan Animal Hospital for over 30 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the clinic and the veterinary industry. In addition, Dr. MacAulay and Brenda support a tight-knit group of approximately 15 dedicated and talented veterinary professionals that leave lasting positive impressions on the clients who bring their pets to the clinic.
