Elizabeth Aulette-Root, Veterinarian
Before attending vet school she earned degrees in Africana Studies and English Literature from the University of the Western Cape and the University of Cape Town. She graduated with honors from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine and completed the clinical work for her DVM at the Royal Veterinary College in London.
Compassionate and effective care is the core of her practice. In addition to her experience and training in small animal medicine, she has also worked in emergency medicine and taken part in specialized training for spay and neuter procedures with the ASPCA.
When she isn’t working Dr. Aulette-Root likes to travel, visit museums, listen to music and spend time with her adopted family; cats Monty and Brayan, and hairless chihuahua Jozi.
