The following online form is for veterinarians wishing to refer a patient to VCA Canada Central Victoria for overnight hospitalization, emergency and critical care services or specialist evaluation. Specialty referrals must come from a primary care veterinarian. If you think your pet could benefit from this type of advanced care please contact your family veterinarian.
