Dr. McBride was born and raised in Manitoba. He attended veterinary college at the University of Saskatchewan. On graduation, Dr. McBride worked in New Zealand before returning to Canada and opening the practice at Coach Hill. He recently celebrated his 25th anniversary in veterinary practice. He has volunteered as a council member with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association and currently sits on the Hearing Tribunal. He lives on an acreage west of Calgary with his wife Kim, daughter Emily and numerous animals. Dr. McBride hopes to continue to give high quality, individual care to all of the patients he sees.
