Daphne was born and raised in Calgary. She aspired to work in the veterinary field from a young age. Following her dreams, she graduated from Olds college in 2018 and became a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT). Daphne then worked at a 24hr Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Calgary for 3 years before joining the team at District Animal Hospital and Urgent Care in 2021.
Daphne's major interests include Exotic Animal Medicine and Internal Medicine. She is Fear Free Certified and PennHip Certified. Daphne works hard to create a stress free visit for her patients and enjoys helping clients understand how they can help their furry, feathered or scaled family member once they are back home.
When she is not practicing veterinary medicine, you can find her at home watching some anime, playing some video games or doing arts and crafts while taking care of her pet bunnies.
