Kaylyn Kubes, Veterinarian
Dr. Kubes’ veterinary interests include behavior medicine - especially working with anxious and reactive pets - along with toxicology, urgent care, exotics, surgery, pathology, and the human-animal bond. She sees all cats and dogs, as well as some pocket pets, reptiles, and birds (call us to find out more about her exotics coverage).
Before veterinary school, Dr. Kubes gained diverse experience from researching multiple sclerosis in a clinical neuroscience lab to coaching five-year-old soccer players (both being an adventure in patience and energy). She also volunteered with exotic animals in high school, including caring for a veiled chameleon named Murphy.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kubes enjoys painting and drawing, staying active through soccer, hiking, and yoga, and spending time with family, friends, her partner, and her four rescue cats - Milo, Harvey, Millie, and Oliver.
