Dr. Karley Little is a veterinarian and one of our medical directors, with a passion for building strong teams, improving communication in practice, and shaping the future of veterinary medicine.
Originally from Woodstock, Ontario, she earned her Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College. After beginning her career in companion animal and equine practice in Ontario, she relocated to Vancouver in 2016 and went on to become a practice owner at Yaletown Pet Hospital.
Karley is known for her warm, team-oriented leadership style and her commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both clients and veterinary teams. Her clinical interests include surgery and preventative care, and she is especially passionate about communication, mentorship, and helping veterinary professionals feel more confident and connected in their work.
Outside of work, Karley lives in Squamish with her husband Adam, their two children, a Clumber Spaniel & her horse, Oakley. She loves horseback riding, skiing, pottery and embracing the beautiful chaos of family life.
