Dr. Sophie grew up in Richmond, B.C.. She did an undergraduate degree in English literature in Ontario before switching into the sciences and pursuing a veterinary degree in Edinburgh, Scotland. She graduated in 2019 and has been working as a small animal general practitioner in the lower mainland since. She started at Yaletown Pet Hospital in 2020. She has a particular interest in internal medicine (especially feline medicine), and loves fostering lasting relationships with her patients and their owners. In her spare time she enjoys ocean dipping, playing basketball, reading and writing. She has a Pomeranian named Rufus IV, and two cats named Missandei and Peggy-Diamond.
