Dr. Vladyslav Khanyeyev

Dr. Vladyslav Khanyeyev (Dr. Vlad) graduated from Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University in Ukraine in 2000. He then completed postgraduate training in Veterinary Surgery, with a focus on wound management in dogs, and earned his PhD in 2004.

Surgery and wound management have always been among Dr. Vlad’s greatest interests in small animal veterinary medicine. After moving to Canada with his family in 2022, he completed the certification process and received his CVMA and AVMA certifications in 2025. Since then, he has been working in busy small animal hospitals, caring for a wide variety of canine and feline medical conditions.

Dr. Vlad values compassionate, high-quality care for every patient and enjoys helping pets and their families through both routine and urgent medical concerns.

Outside of work, Dr. Vlad enjoys spending time with his large and busy family, including his wife, three sons, and daughter. Their family also includes two wonderful and intelligent cats, whom they brought with them from Ukraine. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies with his family, fishing with his sons, and going for walks with his wife and children.
