TVEH is a state-of-the-art veterinary emergency and referral hospital that delivers expert care and treatment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our entire staff of veterinary professionals is 100% dedicated to providing leading edge medical care for your pet. TVEH is pleased to serve the entire Greater Toronto Area and surrounding districts, including Durham, Peel, York and Halton regions.

Located at 21 Rolark Drive in Scarborough, TVEH offers a wide range of services including Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging and Anesthesia. Our ICU, staffed by Critical Care specialists, is open at all times for seriously ill or injured dogs and cats.

Urgent care for your pet may be needed at any hour, and our Emergency Department's experienced veterinarians are on duty around-the-clock providing emergency care. If needed, our board-certified specialists are on call after-hours for emergency surgeries and procedures.

We offer a full array of referral services which include: Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging and Anesthesia.

TVEH has a state-of-the-art intensive care unit with complete monitoring capabilities for seriously ill patients. Our board-certified criticalists have extensive training in a complete range of emergency and critical care medicine. The ICU is supported by an on-site full-service laboratory for rapid test results.

TVEH has access to extensive diagnostic technology including on-site ultrasound, CT and MRI. We are equipped with cutting-edge equipment for endoscopy and arthroscopy, radiology, and anesthesia. Our greatest strength, however, lies in the knowledge and clinical expertise of our specialists, and the experience and dedication of our support staff. All of our board-certified specialists are experienced experts in their disciplines. Many of our patients have complex problems that require the expertise of specialists in different fields. Our doctors collaborate and combine their knowledge to provide the best patient care. We also work closely with your family veterinarian to provide optimal continued care for your pet. We provide your veterinarian with regular updates, test results and written reports.
