Hannah is originally from Southern California and she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science (Pre-Vet) at California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Since her university had a farm, she acquired a great amount of hands-on experience with animals of all sizes such as dogs, horses, cows, pigs, and sheep. In 2014, Hannah moved to Vancouver. Here she worked as a dog daycare attendant/driver then eventually transitioned into the veterinary field. She worked at a local veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant for four years before joining the team at VAERC. Hannah was integral to the Client Care Specialist team for nearly a year, where she was able to share her passion for customer service with so many wonderful clients. In December 2022, she transitioned into the role of Inventory Coordinator. She enjoys the challenges that this role brings and loves to build long lasting relationships with those that share the same passion for pets.
Administration
The hospital Administration team consists of management personnel who oversee all staff members, hospital activities and the facilities. Together, they keep the hospital running smoothly, ensuring quality patient care and excellent client service. From the moment you check in, our administrative staff is here to deliver the best possible experience to you and your pet before, during and after your visit.
