Opening in the early 1970s, Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital has a deep rooted history in providing emergency and specialty care for the pet community on Vancouver Island. Although many of faces of our team have changed throughout the years, our hospital exterior has remained relatively untouched – until 2021!
Our hospital recently relocated to a brand new, state of the art, 20,000 square foot facility! With four operating theatres, an emergency and critical care unit, advanced diagnostic imaging options including CT, MRI, ultrasound and fluoroscopy capabilities, a comprehensive on-site laboratory, and BC’s first linear accelerator for radiation therapy in cancer patients, Central Victoria is able to provide the pet population on Vancouver Island with veterinary care options like never before.
