At VCA Canada Western Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Centre, we recognize your pet is an important family member. As part of our commitment to providing the best services and care we can, we are proud to offer grief counselling and pet loss support. We know that some people may not realize the impact a pet can have on their lives and the devastating grief that can accompany their loss.
Our in-house counsellor Kare Wallace is available in person or via phone, to help walk you through the stress and grief involved with difficult decisions, serious illness, injury, or the loss of a pet.
