Dr. Ali Thomas-Hollands graduated with her DVM from the University of Minnesota in 2016. She then completed a rotating internship followed by a small animal internal medicine residency at the University of Pennsylvania. During this time, she completed a 3 year research project regarding blood transfusions in canine patients. Dr. Thomas-Hollands moved to Alberta and joined the CARE team in 2020. Her areas of interest include hematologic disease, immune-mediated disease, endoscopic procedures, and management of all types of feline diseases.
In her free time, Dr. Thomas-Hollands enjoys outdoor activities such as running, biking, and hiking. She also makes sure to spend time with her two cats, Ash and Ariel.
