I grew up in Banff, AB and graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. I attended the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, SK where I received awards in feline medicine and medical oncology.

I’m the director of Vets for Pets Victoria, a not-for-profit organization that provides free veterinary care to pets belonging to homeless and low-income community members. I’m passionate about community outreach and preserving the connection people have with their pets.

In my spare time I can be found outside running and hiking, spinning, or reading a good book with my 3 cats, Minnie, Bob and Otter.
