Dr. Villa became a veterinarian at the National University of Colombia, Bogota, in 2016, and subsequently made the decision to move to Canada. She worked at Feltham Veterinary Hospital while completing her North American licensing exams, and later joined Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital's imaging department.
Dr. Villa made the trip across Canada with her family in 2021 to complete a Small Animal Rotating Internship in Newfoundland, and we are delighted that she re-joined Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital as an emergency veterinarian upon her return.
