Dr. Jo Anne Au Yong

Dr. Au Yong is a specialist in small animal surgery (Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Surgeons) and an ACVS Fellow, Surgical Oncology. Dr. Au Yong graduated with her veterinary degree from Massey University, New Zealand. Following this, she completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine & surgery at Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchewan. She spent one year at the University of Florida as a research associate in small animal surgery before going on to complete a combined small animal surgery residency and master’s graduate program at Colorado State University. She then stayed on to undergo subspecialty training via a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at the Colorado State University Flint Animal Cancer Center. She has been in private practice since completing her fellowship.
