Dr. O’ Ree was born and raised in Eastern Ontario and has called Ottawa home for most of his life.
After completing a Bachelor of Science (honours) degree in Molecular Biochemistry at the University of Ottawa, he attended the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph where he completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM) in 2017. Soon after, he joined the team at VCA Alta Vista Animal Hospital where he developed his love for Emergency and Critical Care Medicine.
In his time away from the hospital, Andrew enjoys gardening and travelling but is usually too busy chasing after his two cats, Eggs and Willy.
